Sales Representative – Pittsburgh Office, 400 Island Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136
Candidate has drive to earn $100K per year
- Experience working in a construction-related field is an asset
- Effective presentations skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Will train and provide leads
- Responsible to maximize sales close rate to sell 5 Buildings per month
- Compensation: Base Salary plus Commission
The Successful candidate will
- Create sales by optimizing company supplied leads
- Develop sales by creating new relationships with contractors
- Demonstrate ability to develop sound closing strategies
- Demonstrate ability to access key decision makers
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Nurture positive, long-term relationships with customers
- Exhibit superior management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate ability to learn from and mentor colleagues
- Be a Team Player
- Bring expertise and existing relationships in the construction industry
