Olympia Steel Buildings Announces Turnkey Steel Building Construction Package

Olympia Steel Buildings recently announced the opening of their new Construction Services turnkey construction packages. The new construction division designs, engineers and supplies pre-engineered steel buildings and metal buildings systems to each customer’s exact specifications and local building code requirements, and provides complete turnkey building construction and erection services.

“With our complete turnkey services we handle it all,” announced Arnold Davis, President of Olympia Steel Buildings. “We saw a need for turnkey construction services and developed our new steel buildings Construction Services division to fill this need. Many pre-engineered steel building customers want the convenience and confidence of having their building erected for them from start to finish.”

Olympia steel buildings construction services develops the project around the building requirements and works with each customer to design and build a pre-engineered metal building facility to fit their building needs and business plan with complete design work and provision for future expansion. Olympia Steel Buildings Construction Services not only prepares the foundation, they erect the steel building, install windows, doors, gutters and downs and optional insulation packages. "If you already have your foundation prepared, no problem – we will erect the pre-engineered building on your prepared foundation," says Davis.

They also finish the building interior, install drywall, flooring and fixtures, and complete all interior painting.
